Rapid drying time will usually allow for same day installation of windows or top coating with other wall assembly components. Moisture cure properties and resistance to cold conditions help to avoid costly delays related to inclement weather. Liquid-applied technology allows for easy installation at complex geometric conditions such as wood buck or back dams.
